A 60 Minute Weekend!

This weekend all of our HOT yoga classes will be 60 Minutes! (10/26 & 10/27) Don’t miss out on an opportunity to take the 60 minute class. With a more cardiovascular, calorie burning and lean muscle building class! We will be serving samples of some of our new drinks and smoothies in between the classes as well. Please don’t forget to check out our newly completed mural and renovated locker rooms on the women’s side!
