Most people use their New Year's Resolution as the perfect excuse to start working out and to lose weight.  Yet, why wait until the beginning of next year to turn over a new leaf?  After all, Fall has begun and this is a better time than any to commit to something that will not only make you feel better, but look better and develop healthier habits.   It only takes 60 minutes a day and it is conveniently located at 143 Voice RoadCarle Place .  Carle Place Hot Yoga and not only is it conveniently located near Roosevelt Field Mall and Meadowbrook Parkway, but it is also located near the Northern State and LIE.  I know hot yoga takes place in a 105 degree room with 40-50% humidity, but the studio has showers and towels so there is no excuse as to why you could not take a 6 AM class before going to work (or any class for that matter).  If you aren't a morning person, don't sweat it (thats what hot yoga is for) because there are a plethora of classes offered at different times during the day, seven days a week.   Hot Yoga Carle Place also has brilliant instructors including Tommy, Megan, Scott, Radiant Rob, Chris, and Pam.  Trust me when I say there is a yoga instructor for everyone.  Each instructor brings a unique teaching style to the class that guarantees improvement to any person who commits to practicing hot yoga.  The studio has a special Intro week for $20.  It includes unlimited yoga for seven days, a free yoga mat and towel rental, and 10% off any class package you choose to purchase on the last day.  Practicing hot yoga may seem like a huge commitment, but there are so many health benefits both mentally and physically that it is worth the investment.  Even if you are apprehensive, the Intro week is a perfect way to test the waters before fully jumping in.  The instructors are all very knowledgeable so you should not feel intimidated speaking to them about a concern or a question you may have.  Perhaps you just want to tell them what a great class it was.  I promise they don't bite and I promise that if you take class at Hot Yoga Carle Place you are going to have a wonderful experience as long as you come in with a positive attitude and an open mind.  As Rob would tell you in class, "Come on down like the Price is Right."
