Natasha Poindexter
RYT 200, Yoga Ed,
Natasha has been practicing yoga since 2005. She is a fulltime elementary school teacher in Uniondale School District. She completed her 200 hour Vinyasa training and Yoga Ed training at Always At Aum. Natasha is known for her authentic, non-judgmental teaching style and her compassion centered philosophy.
